Nightingale Hospital Exeter

During the height of the pandemic we were asked to get involved with this project by BAM. Given the general togetherness and mood amongst our nation it was and honour and a privilege to asked to be part of this project.
                                
It was unlike any other construction site we had ever worked on. BAM turned a disused warehouse into a fully functional hospital in just 57 days. There were 120 ICU beds created in this period. The comradery shown between all the trades who were working in these challenging conditions was amazing to see. The BAM project team were also well organised and controlled given the circumstances.

We fitted the doors and hardware as the main scope of works, but also helped out where required with timber walkways and general carpentry items.
