Health and Safety

Horbury Southwest Ltd  regards good health and safety performance as an integral part of good business practice in which we aim to create a safe working environment which prevents injury and ill health for all employees, subcontractors and the community within which the business operates via the implementation of our Health and Safety control measures.

The Health and Safety Policy and associated management systems have been designed to ensure that we identify significant health and safety hazards posed by our activities, assess the risk of harm and deploy appropriate measures to control those hazards. In addition the Policy provides a framework for setting and reviewing health and safety objectives and plans for the business.

Environmental

Horbury Southwest Ltd recognises the impact of the construction industry, and its activities as part of that industry, on the environment and is focused on minimising or eliminating any negative impact.

The Environmental Policy of Horbury Southwest Lyd aims to minimise our impact on the environment, through careful procurement, the review of operational practices and the management of our working environment. We aim to promote sustainability throughout our business, through careful consideration of the economic, social and environmental impact of operation.

Quality

Horbury Southwest Ltd is committed to supplying construction services of consistent quality that conform fully with company and statutory requirements and in meeting our client's documented and implied expectations in terms of technical impacts, budget and time compliance.

Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Horbury Southwest's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ended 31 May 2016. Horbury Southwest Ltd fully support the principles and aims of the Modern Slavery Act and confirms that it has a zero tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and expects all of its supply chain to share these values.
