Apprentice Scheme

As part of our apprentice schemes we continually monitor the progress and development of our team of trainees. On the latest assessment it became apparent our trainees were having difficulty’s lifting the fire doors that we install.

We looked into many ways of assisting them, to make it easier and safer for them to manoeuvre and install with the minimum effort.

Pictured is Stella Howells using a door stud which allows her and the other apprentices to get a little assistance for the time being when installing the door sets .
